DISCOVERY CALL
All design packages start with an extensive 30-minute discovery conversation over the phone to help us get to know each other.

There's no such thing as giving us too much information! The more we get to know you, the better we can create the perfect design for your home.

FIRST CONSULTATION
We’ll provide you with up to 90 minutes of non-stop professional interior design advice.
This consultation is a working session where we provide you with design advice and recommendations.

Since we have already gathered information about your project, we are able to deliver tremendous value during our very first meeting.

DESIGN CONCEPT
We'll put together a comprehensive, on-budget, personalized design concept crafted especially for your taste and lifestyle.
​
Design concepts include furnishings, lighting, flooring, color schemes, draperies, accessories, and more!

PRODUCT APPROVAL
We use personalized project accounts to create a product portfolio for all the spaces in your project. Our system keeps everyone organized and on the same page.
You can also review and approve products right online!
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Clear and honest communication is at the core of how we run our business. At every step, you will be kept aware of your project’s progress via your personalized online project site. We don't sugar coat. We give you the facts, and expect the same in return. Let us know if something is not perfect. If we don't know, we can't fix it!

Stress-free design is our mission. Lindsey’s 12 years of Project Management experience will ensure a stress-free process for you. Things happen – no project is perfect. There are many moving parts in every project. If and when things happen – that’s why we’re here. We will be your advocate and work with vendors and tradespeople to ensure everything is perfect.
